A 25-YEAR-OLD man was jailed for kicking a woman as she stood on South Queensferry High Street. The man pleaded guilty and was sentenced to three months in prison for the offence.
AN APOLOGY was issued to a County Council youth leader, who was convicted of breach of the peace because the disco he ran was too loud. Grant Robertson received an apology and best wishes from the Education Committee.
A YOUNG MAN, believed to be the leader of a Linlithgow gang, faced two assault charges before the sheriff after he attracted trouble when he returned to the town for the annual Riding of the Marches.
