SCOTRAIL is set to increase the volume of service on trains between Edinburgh and Glasgow on Sundays.
As from Sunday, September 9, there will be 12 more trains operating on the route – an additional 2250 extra seats – all of which will call at Linlithgow.
The service will run from 8.30am and trains will run on the hour and half past the hour in both directions throughout the day. All trains will call at Haymarket, Linlithgow, Falkirk High and Croy stations. The additional trains will leave Edinburgh Waverley at 8.30am, 9.30am, 10.30am, 11.30am, 9.30pm and 10.30pm, and depart Glasgow Queen Street at 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 10pm and 11pm.
