Strathcarron Hospice seeking volunteers for Virtual Kiltwalk event

With more than £12,900 required every day to keep its services running, Strathcarron Hospice is hopeful those looking to raise money for a worthy cause will don some tartan and a pair of walking boots to support the Fankerton facility.
The national Kiltwalk fundraiser was held online for the first time in 2020 following the coronavirus outbreak.

Hide AdThe event will again take place remotely in 2021 – over the weekend of April 23-25 – with walkers encouraged to set their own route.
Organisers have vowed to top up fundraisers’ donations for Strathcarron by a whopping 50 per cent.
Entrants can either register directly via the Kiltwalk website and pay their own entry fee or sign up for a free Strathcarron Hospice charity place on its website (minimum sponsorship applies).
