"These images perfectly capture what we are working hard to build here, and why Winchburgh is leading the way as one of the most exciting and ambitious place-making projects in the country.”

Work on the canal marina is well underway and scheduled for completion in Spring 2021. This is part of the Winchburgh masterplan, which will create at least 3,800 new homes including 750 affordable houses, 450 of which will be for social rent.

New infrastructure will include state-of-the-art schools, a new town centre, improved transport links, a new marina, a district park and a minimum of 40 acres of employment land.
