Police appeal for information

POLICE are urging locals to be vigilant this Easter after a number of recent break-ins around Linlithgow.

A window was smashed at Oliphants bakery on Linlithgow High Street around 11pm last Saturday, and police are investigating.

There was a break-in at Burghmuir Court, where a personal music player and petty cash were stolen, between 5pm on Saturday and 10pm on Sunday.

Jewellery and cash were taken after a break-in at Deanburn Park between Sunday, March 10, and Sunday, March 17.

Jewellery was also stolen from a Deanburn Road home, between 9.40am on Wednesday, March 13, and 4pm on Thursday, March 14.
