Excited pupils and staff have celebrated the launch of their new school mural at St Joseph’s Primary in Linlithgow.
The project has taken months of hard work and dedication and the wet weather last week failed to dampen the spirits as the primary held its celebration.
The mural incorporates everything associated with the school – its name, values and what it stands for and it was designed and painted by pupils with artist Victoria Ross earlier this year.
The school held an indoor picnic beforehand offering the chance for friends and families to become acquainted with new people within St Joseph’s community, including staff.
The afternoon featured the launch of the colourful new mural on the front of the building with artist Victoria and the school thanked everyone who was involved in its creation.
Artistic pupils from Linlithgow Academy were one of the teams to help give St Joseph’s a colourful new legacy.
