A tragic road collision which wiped out a family of four saw them being laid to rest in separate funerals this week.

The accident, on the A801 between Lathallan and Bowhouse roundabouts on Wednesday, July 23, took the lives of former Linlithgow Academy pupils Shauna Robb (20), her partner Graham Lockhart (23) and their children, Arianna Rose (11 months) and Tyler David (two years, six months).

Graham’s funeral took place on Monday this week with a service at Armadale followed by cremation at Livingston.

His partner, Shauna, and their two children’s joint funeral service took place on Tuesday in Linlithgow with an interment at Kingscavil cemetery.

Elle Hair and Beauty in Linlithgow High Street, where Shauna’s mum works as a hairdresser, set up a donation box as well as a book of condolence to help raise funds for funeral expenses.

And a fundraising justgiving page was also set up by salon owner Sandra Robertson which, at the time of going to press, had raised £957.
