Taylor Wimpey is staging a local exhibition of its plan to create a major new housing development in South Queensferry’s South Scotstoun area.
The exhibition event – to inform residents of “updated proposals” for up to 470 new homes – is at the community centre behind Queensferry Primary School on Tuesday (November 15) from 4pm till 8pm.
The firm aims to submit a detailed planning bid for a scheme housing up to 470 homes and apartments on land beside the A90.
Taylor Wimpey says: “Under our proposals, we would provide a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments with off-street parking and landscaped gardens.
“A proportion of the new properties would be made available as affordable homes for local people in housing need.
“We also intend to provide a mixture of detached, semi-detached and terraced homes on our development.” .”
