AN OLYMPICS inspired event at Bo’ness Academy with top UK athletes on Tuesday, October 25 (7-9pm) is free and open to all.

Bo’ness Olympic team hopeful and Commonwealth silver swimming medallist Jak Scott will be joined by Commonwealth gold gymnast Steve Frew from Falkirk.

The audience can put questions to them, as well as participate in a Question of Sport-type quiz, along with ex-Academy pupil and Scotland schoolboys footballer Jordan Burns.

Former Scotland hockey player Claire Tattersall of Bo’ness completes the line up.

Top raffle prize is an Ibrox tour for six, and donated, signed Falkirk FC teamsheets and programmes will be available subject to demand.

The event is part of an Olympics-themed Comenius project that will see French, German and Dutch pupils come to Bo’ness Academy next June.
