What’s billed as a fun-filled preview of the forthcoming Strictly Dundas dance contest takes place tomorrow (Sunday, October 30) in premises just slightly less impressive than Dundas Castle.
Entitled “It Takes Two” this warm-up evening (runs 6.30pm to 9.30pm) for the annual charity fundraiser at the castle will be staged at the scout hall in Port Edgar, where the audience will get a chance to meet the dancers taking part in the main event – and will be able to enjoy some nice food too.
There will also be professional dance teachers present if you feel the urge to try a new dance step or two.
Supper is included in the preview event, but “bring your own drinks”.
All proceeds go to Dalmeny Kirk Hall, RNLI (pictured) and Queensferry Care.
Tickets are £10 from David and Carol at Queensferry Care on 0131 331 5570 and from Esther at the Parish Church, on 0131 331 1100.
The big event at Dundas Castle is on Thursday, November 10, and there are full details about the programme at http://dundascastle.co.uk/blog/strictly-dundas/
