Temporary shut down at Bo’ness museum

KINNEIL Museum in Bo’ness will be shut from Monday, March 26, to enable Falkirk Council-funded improvement works, including toilet upgrades and installation of an entrance ramp.

These are planned to last until May 4, with the museum reopening on Wednesday, May 9.

Estate visitors will meanwhile find plenty to enjoy over the weekend of April 21-22, when neighbouring Kinneil House is opened up for a family event organised by Historic Scotland with support of The Friends of Kinneil.
