Four men pushed themselves to the limit and raced against time for a brave Linlithgow girl battling cancer, raising thousands in the process.
Jim Simpson, David Pudney, Mark Donnelly and Graeme Orr challenged themselves to reach the summits of Ben Nevis, Snowden and Skafell Pike in just 24 hours to raise vital cash for five-year-old Tilly Simpson who is fighting a brain tumour.
The group managed to raise an incredible £3000 which will go to help Tilly and her family afford the possibly life-saving treatment in Texas which could cost up to $17,000 a month.
The group started their challenge at 1.30am on July 22, and reached the Ben Nevis summit in just five hours.
It was then up to drivers Allan Cunningham and Dereck Rennie to get the group to the other mountains in England and Wales.
The wet and windy conditions did not deter the group from their goal or slow them down as they managed to complete their challenge, which saw them walk over 35km and ascend 3000 metres, with an hour to spare.
