Section of Falkirk area motorway to close for two nights
and live on Freeview channel 276
The M80 will be shut northbound between Junction 8 and Junction 9 of the M9 from 7.30pm until 6am on Monday, May 10 and Tuesday, May 11.
The closure has been planned by BEAR Scotland, which will resurface approximately 0.7 kilometre of the M80 northbound carriageway near Bankhead.

Hide AdA diversion route for northbound traffic will be signposted via the M876 and M9, adding an estimated 11 minutes and 10.2 miles to affected journeys.
Access for emergency vehicles will be maintained at all times.
Strict physical distancing protocols, in line with Scottish Government guidance, will be in place to protect teams and ensure they remain safe on-site.
Consultation has been carried out with emergency services and relevant stakeholders.
