STAFF across West Lothian Council are taking part in Customer Service Week this week.
From Monday, October 1 to Saturday, October 6, Customer Service Week, run by the Institute of Customer Service, is designed to boost morale, motivation and teamwork, recognising the work of frontline customer service staff.
Residents are invited to pop in and find out more about are valuable sources of information and advice available at local Customer Information Services (CIS) centres, libraries and community centres.
There is also a fines amnesty at all West Lothian Council libraries where locals can return overdue books without having to pay up. The amnesty does not include DVDs and CDs.
