Forbes and Tapping are latest Stenhousemuir recruits as Ochilview rebuild continues
With the majority of the first team squad at Ochilview departing this summer, new manager Stephen Swift has set about building a squad from scratch in order to compete at the top end of League 2 next season and push for promotion.
The double signing of Tapping and Forbes are just the latest after the Warriors also added four new players last week and five the week before that.

Hide AdForbes, 32, began his career at Motherwell where he first broke in to the first team in 2007 as a teenager.
After a loan spell at Dumbarton, his first of four different stints with the Sons, he would make his debut for the Steelmen in 2009 in a Europa League qualifier against Welsh side Llanelli Town.
He has also turned out for Partick Thistle, Dunfermline Athletic, Forfar Athletic and Greenocnk Morton during his career, making over 100 first team appearances for the Ton between 2015 and 2018.
Tapping, 24, is the younger brother of current Stenhousemuir club captain Callum and joins the Warriors after after two seasons with neighbours East Stirlingshire in the Lowland League.

Hide AdThe defender has SPFL experience having played for Brechin City during their 2018-19, where they finished bottom of League 1, and spent the latter part of last season on-loan at Edinburgh City where he helped the capital club to a second place finish in the division before narrowly missing out on promotion in the play-offs against Dumbarton.
