Shire boos Ure has full faith in Lowland League officials to agree on best solution for season

East Stirlingshire manager Derek Ure says he is confident the officials in charge of running the Lowland League will make the best possible decision when it comes to the future of the current campaign.

Matches have been suspended and teams unable to train since January 11 and it now looks unlikely clubs will be able to complete the full fixture card.

“I'm quietly confident we will get there but I've not heard anything official,” said Ure."

“If there's one thing I know it's that the Lowland League will do the best for our clubs.

“It's well run and they wont do anything detrimental to the league or the pyramid and hopefully we have a resolution one way or another.

“Whatever we get asked to do we'll try our best to do.”
