each throughout the day
competing against fellow fighters from across the home nations.

Both fighters will now be selected for the Sport Ju Jitsu GB team for the year ahead.

Coach Paul Blackburn, a 6th Dan Sensei, said: ‘‘Both fighters have worked really hard over the last few months to get ready for this event, putting in a lot of hours to
develop the build on their skills. The whole group is
extremely proud of the
them.’’

He added: ‘‘Going
forward the club will be looking to compete in more competitions and return to the
nationals next year with a
bigger team of senior and
junior students.’’
