And Michael McRoberts was back amongst the medals with him winning gold in the -62kg sparring after five rounds of very tough fights. He also took bronze 1st degree patterns.
His sister, Catriona, won silver in the -50kg sparring after four very tough rounds.
Julia said: ‘‘The performances in Holland were the best Michael and Catriona have ever preformed.’’
She added: ‘‘The standard was very high with large divisions as this is the last big competition before Gilles and Michael travel to Italy for the World Championships at the end of May where they will represent Scotland.’’
